Puma Press is proud to announce Grand Obsession has won a 2007 Independent Publisher Book Award.

The 11th annual Independent Publisher Book Awards ("IPPY"), conducted to honor the year's best independently published books, selected Grand Obsession as a silver medal winner in the category of Mountain West Best Regional Non-Fiction. Hundreds of books were submitted in several regional categories. The IPPY Awards will be presented in Los Angeles on May 30th, 2008.

From the IPPY website: "The quality of this year's entries is totally amazing, and judging was difficult, as we saw better designed books, read higher quality writing. and were exposed to a more sophisticated concepts. We present these awards in hopes that all of these books and their authors will be recognized for their excellence and get all the attention they deserve."
