The trick to saving that hard earned weight loss during the holidays is to make your favorite meals vegan. By following vegan recipes, the ingredients are healthy and natural. This means that you will know exactly what is in your food and that your food will be nutritious without tasting like it. The following are links to vegan Halloween candy and a couple of ideas for dinner.


Three ingredient, five-step vegan Kit-Kats

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 package sugar wafers, vanilla or multi-flavored will work (check the label to make sure it’s free of dairy products)

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil (measure it after it’s melted)
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raw creamy unsalted almond butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup (Grade B)
  • ⅓ cup virgin coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • ½ cup virgin coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • ¼ cups Water
  • 1-½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
  • 1-½ cup Natural Peanut Butter (use Crunchy For Extra Crunch)
  • ¾ teaspoons Sea Salt (decrease To 1/4 Teaspoon If Using Salted Peanut Butter)
  • ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Naturally Sweetened Chocolate Chips

  3. 3 -4 T 100 % pure maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
  4. 3 T unrefined coconut oil, melted
  5. 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  6. 2/3 cup unrefined coconut oil, melted
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 2 T 100% pure maple syrup
  9. Dash of seal salt
  10. 1 raw almond for each candy

Orange Jack-o-Lantern fruit salad

Simply carve out an orange like a pumpkin and put fruit inside for a lite breakfast or snack.

 Veggie Skull Pie 

Use a skull pan for individual skulls with pie for brains, or make a regular veggie-pot-pie with your own scary face shaping with pie dough.


Vegan Crock-Pot Chili

A warm and filling dish that cooks itself. All you have to do is throw all of these ingredients in the slow-cooker and walk away!
